The Cycle

Cycling. The machine requires push, the big leg muscles work, you burn energy.  Building
fitness and strength.  The ups and downs of life, cycling up:  feeling good, only to descend towards lower levels and even crashing into the depths, fighting back to safe ground and working again to achieve only to fall and the cycle of life just cycles on and on.  The best you can do is achieve a measure of balance, consume healthy foods in moderation, exercise, rest and engage with your family and friends.  Challenge yourself at work and do your best, persavere.  Be positive and stay the course, enduring the cycle.
