You Feel As You Think

  • Think about this:  How do you feel at any given time? Take right now....Happy? Sad? Depressed? 
  • Excited? Tired? Angry? 
  • What have you been thinking about?  What thoughts got you to Happy or Sad?
  • If your angry, no doubt you have been thinking about something that happened on may happen that has got you angry.
  • There it is... your thoughts will determine how you feel.
  • Want to feel good?
  • Think thoughts that make you feel good.
  • Try it, you'll like it.
  • Practice, this may be a habit you will come to enjoy.
