Signing Off

I have been writing and logging my daily workouts here on this blog for better than a year now.  It's been mostly fun and remains a good way to keep track of my fitness stats and even I can find motivation sometimes from my own thoughts and occasional words of wisdom and/or encouragement.  Lately the daily blog has become kind of a mental chore and I find myself not enjoying the process as I once did. It may be time for a change and so I will try it and find out.  I am signing off today.  It may be for a few days, weeks or months, I just don't know at this writing.   It is likely that I'll blog from time to time and not every single day...for now.  Thanks friends, watchers, sports fans and fitness freaks, I'll get back from time to time, for now I am signing off, remember ENJOY IT ALL!

Donuts

Lebron's ESPN special program to announce which team he will play for...a huge viewing but a huge bust.  Weak progam all the way around.  Lebron James is an incredible basketall player.  For whatever reason he looked unsure of himself and tried to be way too cool.  Jim Gray's questions were not too interesting nor were the answers given.

Le Tour continues...another flat stage today, the Alps coming soon.  Lance is in 18th place
more than 2 minutes off the leader.  Can he pull some kind of surprise on the climbs?  We will see...

Netherlands v Spain in the World Cup, soccer that is...I'll pick the Netherlands.

Giants win 9-3, sweep the Brewers.  At 45-40, 5 games back of the Padres, the Giants have an interesting team, but it may not yet be the team it can be.  Trade rumors are swirling...

Sports are a form of entertainment and competition.  Often the media covers sports in a manner that satisfys themselves and not necessarily the fans.  We fans will watch because we can only watch what the media puts out, if we choose to watch at all.  If your a fan be a discerning one.  Find a way to enjoy it all...

Today's Workout

Afternoon: ...remains to be seen

Not Rocket Science

NOT ROCKET SCIENCE
If you faced the threat as pictured here, on a daily basis, you would without a doubt soon begin a running program.  Rocket science is a complicated subject.  Running is not.  Running for your life is even simpler to understand.  Agreed? Great. Now go do something about it for yourself and ....enjoy it all!
