Pounded out THE STANDARD workout this am.  Up early and at it as per the norm.

Today's STANDARD Workout:

Run 6 miles
Cycle  20 miles
Like this....
Treadmill Run 30 minutes/3+ miles
Stationary Bike 31 minutes/10 miles
...and repeat
Treadmill Run  30/3+ miles
Stationary Bike  32 minutes/10 miles
