A new day, a new week and a new month...
Today my LONG RUN is scratched
I am not mentally up for it
Banging out 15 miles seems too much
I do think I need to rest or back off a bit...
I am going to start the day slow and deliberate
and see what I can do.

11 miles running and I feel good about this day.
ALSO: Eating healthy in moderation without distraction.
