Being Jakelike

Jake the Life Is Good character, always appears happy.  His larger than life smile says so.  He is pictured actively living life, sometimes running, other times relaxing.  The point is this: It's All Good and if we could be Jakelike we'd simply enjoy life period.

TRAINING CAMP AT THE CABIN
Today's Workout:
X70, M
BIKE: 82 minutes, 17 miles on the unforgiving Lemond Rev Pro.
RUN: 68 minutes, 6+miles, slow but sure on the road.

Labor Day Weekend Training Camp Closes...

Tomorrow morning will be the final few hours of Training Camp here at The Cabin. I will get a workout in, Kim and I will proceed to close up the cabin, load out and hit the road for the drive back to the Hacienda by the Bay. It has been an outstanding camp. Relaxing both mental and physical. Have found my motivation again and am focused on healthy fuel in moderation with smart exercise. Have also begun again, the awesome habit of meditation each day, building patience and the human spirit within.

Feeling good, finding the balance to life and working to live it each day.

Patience, Persistence, & Positive Attitude= Life is Good.
