SRBike: 75/18.6 miles
Did not feel like running this morning, managed to get on the stationary bike, planning to for just a few minutes, kept on spinning along and cranked out 75 minutes and 18.6 miles, a lot more than I imagined I would put in. Some days, some times you just never know. Never give up, never. Suprise yourself with your own personal spin class...then find a way to enjoy it all...
