Low energy level this morning, slow to get going, mentally not into it.  Despite all that I simply got going and managed a decent workout.  Some days and sometimes you just don't feel like you have it or want it and yet you begin and you go and you persavere.  The feeling of accomplishment when done overides most other issues.  So today was successful because I had to rise above myself in spite of myself and so I did, done.  Moving on...

14 days into 2011.  Mentally I find it a challenge to get up and get going in the early morning hours.  Slogging along thus far this year.  Gaining pounds rather than getting
fit and trim.  Gotta keep on trying and never give up hope and health.  Focus and positive energy are what  I seek.  Balance, Power, Fitness, Fun, here goes another day! Enjoy.
