Bike 33/10 miles/stationary
Walk 10/treadmill
Run 49/5+ miles/treadmill
Low energy level this morning, slow to get going, mentally not into it. Despite all that I simply got going and managed a decent workout. Some days and sometimes you just don't feel like you have it or want it and yet you begin and you go and you persavere. The feeling of accomplishment when done overides most other issues. So today was successful because I had to rise above myself in spite of myself and so I did, done. Moving on...
