Saturday

TRun 55/5.5 miles, easy jog.
Swim 15/600 yards, in the pool.
SRBike 68/17 miles, on the stationary.

Sunday
Long Run Day
TRun 150/15 miles
Swim 20/800 yards/pool.

Another good week getting ready for the Tri For Fun with Tom
on June 16th.  55 miles running this week. Solid Blocks of Work.
