RUN
Treadmill, 30 minutes, 3.4 miles, (3 miles @ 26:30)
Laddered up the speed, power run.
WALK
Treadmill, 12 minutes, cooldown.
NOTE:
On 100 day events, today marked 100 consecutive days of running one mile or more each day.
I did not set out to achieve this originally as a goal. After about 45 days I realized I had a streak going and just kept it going, we'll see how long I continue...stay tuned Sports Fans!
