Perfect Balance= N/A


A Balanced Life is not a perfect balance. Keep this in mind. Small adjustments along the way each and every day will keep you within a general balance. We are humans not robots. We are imperfect to be sure and expectations set too high and never fulfilled are simply poorly thought plans on your part. Do what you can. Be flexible. Accept change. Enjoy it all.

Bike: 64/20 miles, stationary, decent strength.
