The great Charlie Pride had a song out years ago, its a nice tune, "I am just me"...and so aren't we all? Of course. Simplicity. Simple man, simple pleasures. Today I choose to take pleasure in simply having got through a long day yesterday. I am up and at it today as per routine as best as one can...hanging in. Go gettum and enjoy your day...
Today's Workout:
Run: 67/6 miles, out in the country roads at zero dark thirty, Madera.
Bike: 60/19 miles, stationary at fit center/hotel, got through it.
