By the Numbers

I do log the time and distances I run, swim and cycle.  Sometimes I push myself towards a number, thus working harder and hopefully gaining fitness if I do it correctly.  Out on the mountain bike this morning, I was keeping a close eye on the mph meter, trying to reach a 15 mph average over the 20 mile ride, I just missed it at 14.9 but it was a good effort and my legs feel it...
  Today's Workout

Run  108/10 miles/road & treadmill run/ 7 road/3treadmill
Swim  20/800 yards
Bike  Mountian bike road and bike path ride/ 80 minutes/20 miles...
Note:  Heading out of town for business meetings, returning Wednesday.
Will log it all in then, off the blog till then...
