Whahuh?

Whahuh? Sleep deprivation makes for challenging morning...
Today's Whahuh? Workout:
Bike  60/20+ miles
Run  60/6+ miles
Managed to get over to the fit center
Got on stationary bike
Didn't figure I'd get much of a whahuh workout in
Persistence pays dividends
After an hour on the bike
I got on the treadmill
Figured I could do a mile or threeeeee
Hung in there
Got to mile 3
Hard, easy and got to 4
then 5
and 
6.
Sports fans: Habit and persistence on the worst
of days, will sometimes bring you
more than even you can expect 
of yourself.
Lesson learned.
Again.
Whahuh?
