Bike 70/ 22 miles/stationary
Run 10/1 mile/treadmill
Swim 10/400 yards/pool
All that and then the trail run in the Oakland Hills, at the Redwood Regional Park....beautiful up there.Epic run, took a wrong turn adding 2+ miles to the run! Kim did a great job. We soldiered forward on
the French trail finally finding Chown and heading down and out of the Redwood forest. Hills galore, roots rocks and single track all doable, slow and easy pace. Epic.
