The Hammer


Today's Workout:
Run:  59 minutes, 6 miles. Treadmill
Bike:  32 minutes, 10 miles.
Tired and no motivation this morning.
Managed to get myself to the fit center.
Pounded out some miles.
Despite my low energy and lack of desire.
Muscle memory and persistence
got me through it.
Hammered.
