Today


Exercise is good for your body, mind and spirit. 
 Have you done yours Today?
Getting up and getting after it in the morning hours gets it done.  
This gives you a measure of accomplishment ,
 you can enjoy throughout your day. 
Good for the heart and soul too,
not to mention endorphins. 
 It's all good assuming you do your fair share.
  Enjoy it all...

Today's Workout:

Stationary Bike: Warm up and routine spin.  33 minutes/10 miles. 
Treadmill Run:  Maintained a mostly steady pace 
 9:47 per mile.  58:43 for 6 miles.
