One Day At A Time


One day at a time, one game at a time, one step at a time.  Forward movement, progress
is made with small steps.  Each day a new opportunity to begin or continue the daily committment for fitness.  You can do it.  One day and one step at a time.  Enjoy it all.

Bike:  41/13.33/stationary.
