Read a bit of the Daniels Formula this morning.  Topics covered included the need to hydrate in order to maintian blood viscocity. Keeping the blood, 'thinner' allows a better flow, getting the blood with it's oxygen to the muscles with less effort.   With this is mind, I took on extra fluid on the workout and I seemed to have a good energy level...

Run:  70/7 miles/treadmill. 6 standard + 1 easy.
Bike:  65/21.15 miles/stationary.
For The Week

Swim  0
Bike  7/336/109 miles
Run  7/375/38 miles
Total:  14/711/147 miles.
This was a GOOD week!
