Saturday Morning Workout


Saturday;
77X, W18
Bike:  53/17 miles, stationary.
Run:  10/1 mile/treadmill.
Swim:  10/400 yards.
Trail Run: 66/6 miles
Harrier Spur Trail
Low on energy, tough trail run, low fuel level.
Near bonk.
Survived.
