TOTALS FOR THE WEEK: SWIM: 5/65/2600 yards/1.34 miles. BIKE: 8/458/138 miles. RUN: 9/436/41 miles. TOTAL: 22/959/180.34 miles SUMMARY: Another super week. Big numbers and consistent every day. Next week, will cut back some as I am feeling occasional fatigue. WT: 170.5
