Thursday: Thoroughly...Cold!
It's of no particular great interest to me to keep on keeping on about the cold weather. It has simply been cold, oh have I mentioned that it's cold? Yeah, well it is. In theory the rain coming in is supposed to break the cold snap, we'll see. One must not lose hope, or hype for that matter!
Today's Workout:
X80, W30
BIKE: 54/18+miles, stationary, inside where it's warm!
RUN: 55/5 miles, road run, outside where it's cold!
