For as long as I can remember I have been an early bird. Nearly always the first one up in the morning as a youngster and all through my life. Up and getting things done, that would describe me and these habits remain. I like to get my coffee brewing, read a little bit, catch up on the news and then get going on my exercise routine. Weekdays I have to move a bit quicker to make it in to work. Weekends normally I can take a bit more time and generally I do. It's all good. Whatever your routine...enjoy it all.
