The Jogger

The jogger is a runner who run's at a slower pace, hence the term jog, and jogger.  Most of my running is done at a jogging pace this makes me a jogger.  If you run your miles at a 8 minute pace or more, years ago they called you a jogger.  Don't know the actual definition if there is one and I don't much care about it.  What's important is getting out there and MOVING.  I like to run at a comfortable and easy pace most of the time.  Now and then I amp it up and run hard for short periods, windsprints or striders.  This helps train your body and cardio system.  Good stuff.  I consider myself a runner who does a lot of joggging.  Whatever you do, enjoy it all!
