XTrainMix
Take the train, the cross training suggestion that is and mix it up, shake it up, run it, bike it swim it, hike, jog, box, lift weights, walk, play some sports, do some ......thing!
Today's Workout
Bike  40/12+ miles
Run  40/4+miles
Bike  20/6+ miles
Run  20  2+ miles
Stayed on the inside this morning, a good rain outside, stationary bike and treadmill work.
Yeah the XTrainMix...
