Today's Workout
Run: 69/6 miles
Easy jog on the wet streets and sidewalks. Early morning run, good energy mindset positive, all body parts working well. An enjoyable easy run.
Bike: 65/20 miles
Standard spin on the stationary, energy level strong, ran a few sprints on the second half nothing big or hard, just using up the good energy readily available.
