Routine


The Builder Bar by Clif.  Why I like it:

ROUTINE:  GOOD HABITS TO HAVE...
Getting rest in the form of sufficient sleep, eating healthy in moderation and working the program with hard/easy aerobic exercise, throw in a bit of core exercise and some weight training and there you go...a good routine.  Now...add in meditation and visualization.  Pretty good way to fight off the stress of living and working a busy schedule.  Manage your relationships wisely, focus on the good things in life and enjoy it all.
