Today's Workout:

Bike  52/16.40 miles/stationary.
Run  60/6 miles/treadmill.
Another day, another great day.
Doing the right thing as defined 
for fitness.  Tired but relentless.
In pursuit of health and wellness.
The Holiday season is here and now.
Enjoy it all.
