Bike: 32/10.25 miles/stationary.
Running on the treadmill can be a factor in improving or maintaining your fitness.
If we live a balanced life, proper rest, nutrition, work, recreation, relationships
we can possibly extend our life and the quality of our life.
The Treadmill of Life can be what you make of it.
I hope you, and I can achieve regular balance and gain a level of fitness
