Rolling With The Flow

Up early and on routine. Good habits build character. Good character builds strength. From strength and purpose we can live rightly, treat others with respect and enjoy our lives day to day. Go for it, do it, have at it, take a step and another step and enjoy it all.

Run: 10/1+ mile/treadmill.
Swim: 10/400 yards/pool.
