Back To It

It's Monday, it's returning to work, getting back to the established routine and kicking it up just a notch as the New Year beckons. Duty calls and the morning alarm always rings on time. So it's up and at 'em, rolling out and moving on. Power coffee up and brew strong, enjoy the warm up and prepare to prepare. Finally it's out the door and the workout begins...
Today's Workout:
X80, M
Bike: 60/19.54 miles, stationary.
Run: 66/6 miles, establishing a "new route".
