Double Brick

Today's Workout: Double Brick; Bike/Run & Bike/Run.

Bike: 40/13+miles, stationary.
Run: 60/6+ miles, treadmill.
Bike: 30/10+miles, stationary.
Run: 10/1+ mile, treadmill.
Hooked up the Ipod for some sounds during todays workout, notable songs for today include; "Feeling Stronger Every Day" by Chicago, "Let Him Run Wild" by the Beach Boys, "After The Thrill is Gone" by the Eagles, also a bit of George Strait, and a bunch of other good tunes got me through.
