DO YOUR THING
Whatever it is you want to do, you like to do, you believe you ought to do, starting today with the New Year, go and do it. Make a new start, a line in the sand, chart a course, act upon your dreams and ambitions, simply stated...go for it!

BIKE: 65/15 miles, LeMond.
RUN: 70/6 miles, melting snow, slush and slog run, slick and dangerous, with yaks.
