Power Up


Today's Workout: X80, W30.
Bike: 60/20 miles, stationary.
Run: 65/6 miles, road run.
Out late last night, lacking sleep I was able to overpower my mental and physical lack of desire and energy. Drilled the bike fairly hard and was able to enjoy the cool down on the run with real strength. Good workout/Good day!
