BIKE: 45 minutes, 14.55 miles, medium effort spin.
RUN: 35 minutes, 3+ miles, easy road run.
SWIM: 20 minutes, 800 yards.
Totally Tuesday. Off to a good start. Exercise done and off to do what must be done...work.
