RUN: 66 minutes, 6 miles, road run.
SWIM: 10 minutes, 400 yards.
BIKE: Road bike, 95 minutes, 25 miles, 15.9 mph average. Up and over the Dumbarton
and back. 3 minute climb each way. Pushed to go the 25. I am out of bike leg shape, wow it goes fast when you don't ride consistently, gotta rebuild, AGAIN....slowly.
