RUN: 30 minutes, 3.35 miles, treadmill.
BIKE: 23 minutes, 7 miles, stationary.
Up on this day late, sleeping in, something I rarely do. Rolled out directly into the shower, fully dressed proceeded to work. NO WORKOUT. Got through the day, pushed myself and guilted myself into getting a workout in, did so and therefore saved myself. The running streak remains intact at something over 200+ days. I feel the better for getting the workout in. I am struggling for some reason...I'll be okay though. Helping myself over the obstacles within, with positive energy. Generating this energy when the battery is low, means RE CHARGE!
