Today's Workout:

BIKE: 40 minutes strong on stationary for 13 miles.
RUN: 20 minutes hard and easy for 2+ miles on the treadmill.
SWIM: 10 minutes, 400 yards.
WALK: 10 minutes, treadmill.
That's it.
