BIKE: 5 233 minutes 67 miles
RUN: 6 299 minutes 28 miles
TOTAL: 12 547 minutes 95.31 miles
SUMMARY: Not a stellar week, broke the streak of running at 218 days. Lets face it I am fatigued and unmotivated for some unknown reason, have to go with it and get through it. I managed to maintain total minutes over 500 which is spectacular considering how I am lacking in desire to get up and go out and exercise. Goal this week, just keep on at least a bit and get over the lack of mojo whenever it decides to return. Mild depression? I do not know. Stay tuned to find out how this guy gets through the next week.
