Today's Workout 8/2/09

RUN: 77 minutes, 7+miles, trail run with Kim. Easy pace. Good run.
BIKE: 60 minutes, 19.51 miles, stationary, strong spin.
SWIM:15 minutes, 600 yards.
195 consecutive days running one mile or more each day, counting today's run. 152 minutes worth of good work today. Lets call it a day. Gonna rest and relax for the remainder of the day!
