Today's Workout:
M
RUN: 35 minutes, 3+ miles, streets in the early AM, easy jog.
BIKE: 33 minutes, 10+ miles, stationary, easy spin.
Not a big workout today, light in fact. Tired AGAIN! Slow to get moving and non too motivated.
Somehow I roll out and roll on. Call it habit, persistence, guilt, or whatever you want. I managed to get something done, 68 minutes of aerobic activity, this morning. Time to go, bye.
