SWIM: 6 80 minutes 1.65 miles/3200 yards
BIKE: 27 1161 minutes 329 miles
RUN: 30 1459 minutes 136 miles
TOTAL: 63 2700 minutes 466.65 miles
WALK: 6 100 minutes 5 miles
SUMMARY: Okay month. Decline in totals due to loss of motivation, mojo, interest, desire
depressed or whatever you want to call it. Going through this is a process. I hope to recover.
Real fatigue may be in play. In time will tell. Today I say, stay the positive course...
