Today's Workout:

BIKE: Stationary, 40 minutes, 11+ miles, easy-easy spin.
RUN: Treadmill, 60 minutes, 6.2 miles, steady pace @ 9:40 per mile.

To the dentist this AM, then to work..hey its FRIDAY!

PM: SWIM 10 minutes, pool 400 yards.
