Today's Workout:
RUN: 60 minutes, 5+ miles, road run.
BIKE: 20 minutes, 6+ miles, stationary.
Fighting back, not giving up or giving in. Got it in and got it done. It's a process. Focus on the process and not the goal...doing the right thing the right thing the right thing. One day at a time.
