BIKE: 35 minutes, 11+ miles, stationary.
RUN: 56 minutes, 5 miles, road run, slog/jog.
Monday morning, lets get up, get coffee and get moving. Lots to do, exercise and get to work, gotta go, go, go. Yet another great day ahead...if you make it so.
