Summary:
Good week, started weak, picked it up, fought back, hung in, stayed with it. Powered up and through the fatigue/lack of mojo, motivation, depression. I attribute part of this to overdose of B vitamin, which I adjusted and felt better right off. B-6 can mess with your mind. It did mine!
Good training camp session here, got the minute total back to 624, feeling good. I just may be back. Now moderating caloric intake. Today's weight: 188. Playing weight is a ways off yet!
Highlight: Paulina Lake Trail Run, only 7.5 miles but a challenge with the terrain. Be great.
