Today's Workout:

RUN: 77 minutes, 7 miles, road run.
SWIM: 10 minutes, 400 yards, pool, cool down.
BIKE: 80 minutes, 18 miles, 13.6 mph on the MOUNTAIN BIKE, road and trail.

A very good day at 167 total minutes of aerobic activity, the tri sports all checked off the list and a last day to rest up before work on Monday morning.
