PAULINA LAKE

Training Camp
Today's Workout:
X70, M
BIKE: Rev Pro, 60 minutes, 13+ miles.
RUN: Paulina Lake Trail: 93 minutes, 7.5 miles.
Ran, jogged, slogged, crept, crawled, stumbled and walked the trail all the way around the lake.
Pretty challenging in spots, with rocky outcroppings, tree roots, narrow trail. Kim and I managed to make it all the way around in pretty good shape. I fell a couple of times, dusted up with a few scrapes, overall a good run. Will do it again perhaps next year. Great views of the lake and wilderness.
