SWIM: 1 10 minutes, 400 yards/.21 miles
BIKE: 7 301 minutes, 86 miles
RUN: 7 337 minutes 31 miles
TOTAL: 15 648 minutes 117.21 miles
SUMMARY:
Good week. Not getting much swimming in that okay. Over 30 miles running, and over 300 minutes on the bike are good weeks. Total minutes good. Good. Hey Good, good and good.
Did I mention it was a good weekk? WT: 186.5
